Principle of Drop Generation by Gravity VARGravity2Go

The basic principle of the instrument is the use of natural gravity to bring droplets from a needle tip into the gelling bath. The liquid flows through the nozzle, the drops grow and separate from the stream (so-called "normal extrusion" in specialist literature) then fall into the hardening solution or go through another hardening process. The stabile permanent flow is used during the process.

The drop generation by gravity is the simplest and slowest method of drop production. For reaching better productivity, there are Nisco VARGravity2Go Units with 10, 24, 30 or 100 nozzles available.
